• On the cart page or in the next stage of completing the order, enter the code you find on the back of the Card you received
• Make the purchase. If the amount of the Gift Card does not fully cover the total order, the difference must be paid by credit card, paypal or cash on delivery (for Italy)
• The Gift Card cannot be spent in multiple solutions and can be used until the value is completely exhausted
• The Gift Card cannot be used for products on sale or on promotions
• From the date of issue, the Gift Card is valid until 06/30/2024
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE GIFT CARD
WHAT IS THE GIFT CARD?
The GIFT CARD is a non-nominative bearer card issued by the Torino Football Club in collaboration with PLANET ENTERTAINMENT S.r.l. (company based in Viale dell'Arte 25 – Rome Tax Code and VAT number 14877411000). The GIFT CARD is distributed at the following Torino FC Store:
• TORINO FC STORE, CORSO AGNELLI 24/A, TURIN
The GIFT CARD is delivered to the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately in compliance with these conditions. The GIFT CARD can be used strictly within the expiry date, set on 30.06.24. The GIFT CARD is valid and can only be used in Italy for the purchase of items offered for sale in the following points of sale in the Torino FC Store:
• TURIN FC STORE, CORSO AGNELLI 24/A, TURIN
• Online on the website https://torinofcstore.com/it/ .
The GIFT CARD cannot be used in other points of sale and/or shops of Torino FC and/or PlanetPay. The GIFT CARD is merely a method of payment and is not intended in any way as an investment instrument and/or a solicitation of savings.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
The GIFT CARD is issued with an expiry date of 30.06.24 and can therefore be used within the aforementioned deadline, which cannot be extended, unless the credit runs out before this deadline

• The GIFT CARD will be available in denominations of €20.00; €50.00 and €100.00. Different cuts are not allowed.
• Discounts and/or promotions of any kind cannot be applied to the purchase of the GIFT CARD.
• The GIFT CARD will not be expendable for holders of the Torino FC Store Card corporate and staff.
• The GIFT CARD cannot be used for products on sale or in promotion.
• At the time of issuance, no issuance, activation or usage fees are charged.
• It is not rechargeable.
• It is activated at the till at the time of purchase, by paying the chosen amount through the means of payment accepted in the points of sale (other gift cards or goods coupons or vouchers issued by the Seller or by third parties will not be accepted for the purchase). occasion of particular promotional initiatives).
• At the time of purchase, an issuing document will be delivered to the Customer with an indication of the amount and characteristics of the GIFT CARD.

• Cannot be used to purchase other GIFT CARDS.
• If the value of the GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted in the TORINO FC STORE points of sale.
• The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.
• GIFT CARDS which do not have the original Torino FC hologram or which have been tampered with, altered or which bear wording different from the pre-printed ones will not be accepted. Manual additions to them will not be accepted.
LOSS OR THEFT – FRAUDULENT USE
The GIFT CARD is bearer, is not nominative and can be used by anyone presenting it to make a purchase. The cardholder is solely responsible for its use and safekeeping. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the Card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded. In no case can the Seller and/or the Point of Sale be held liable for improper or fraudulent use of the GIFT CARDS by third parties. GIFT CARDS obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void, they cannot be used to purchase items and the purchase price cannot be refunded.
TERMS OF USE
The issuance and use of a GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions, available on the Website: www.torinofcstore.com and at the points of sale of the Torino FC STORE/PlanetPay and valid until explicit modification or replacement of the same.
CORRECT USE OF THE GIFT CARD
The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the GIFT CARD and to intervene in the event of ascertained violations.
