The products are shipped by courier:
- BRT for Italy
- FEDEX/BRT/UPS for abroad
An online tracking service is avaible from both couriers.
FedEx (TNT) courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. Any delivery on Saturday depends on the city of destination and can be done in the morning. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage to the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient. During the order, is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile number), to facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure. The courier notifies the customer via e-mail about the status of the shipment. The service is activated automatically if the e-mail address field is filled in correctly.
In case of deliveries made at receptions / concierge offices etc. (with signature for collection by the receptionist or whoever is for it), Granata Store will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient. If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there is currently no delivery of products in that country.

Surcharge for COD (cash on delivery) payment: Euro 11,00
ABROAD
The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination and the weight / volume of the package. The customer will be able to view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.

Delivery generally takes place within 24-48 working hours (excluding holidays), after 24 hours from the order management date Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by force majeure or in case of holidays. If you have not received the goods after 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact customer service at shop@torinofcstore.com.
ABROAD
in Europe, delivery generally takes place within 48-72 hours, after 24 hours from the order management date. In countries outside Europe, delivery generally takes place within 3 or more working days, after 24 hours from the date of order management. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by force majeure or in case of holidays.

CUSTOMIZATIONS
If your order includes one or more customizable products, add 24 hours to the above information.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In case of purchase of a pre-order product, always check the shipping date on the product page itself. By including a pre-order product in the order, the entire package will leave on the date indicated for the latter. There are no multiple shipments for an order.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
In the case of shipment addressed to a country that is not part of the European Union, the goods may be subject to the imposition of customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the recipient.
Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country. Declaring the false value of the package to reduce customs duties is against the law: any requests to this effect will be ignored.
